The vision of the college<\/a> is to walk our college to take its place under the sun of quality expressed, not using the methods of pure scientific research, but to spread dialogue, learn to respect the other opinion, accept the other, and create the principles of science represented by neutrality decorated with a position enhanced by information and information derived from reality and as long as the facts are changing, the ideas have to change and invent the means for their awareness and matching, and give status to the mind and subject everything to the court of reason.<\/p>\n

The mission of the college is to introduce scientific principles, proposals, ideas and schools of thought from their original sources and in their various directions, and not what is purely special and specialized, but goes beyond it to enter the streams of knowledge in its various stages since before science and after it became a science and in the fields of economic, administrative, accounting and statistical thought, which is concerned with this aspect.<\/p>\n

As for its objectives, it is to find the means to achieve convergence between theoretical studies and practical reality, in which we see here that thought should bow to reality and respond to its consequences in the direction of pushing the movement.<\/p>\n

The objectives can be announced as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Preparing qualified frameworks in the fields of their competences to fill the void resulting from the great expansion of government agencies on the one hand and to compensate the generation that leaves the service.<\/li>\n
  2. Preparing researchers and adopting scientific research methods in the theoretical and practical field to enrich administrative, financial, accounting, economic and statistical thought on the one hand, and to solve the problems of reality on the other hand.<\/li>\n
  3. Providing educational<\/a> institutions with qualified teaching staff.<\/li>\n
  4. Activating the movement of scientific research through holding conferences, seminars, lectures and scientific research workshops in the direction of achieving progress and advancing the development process.<\/li>\n
  5. Providing scientific and practical consultations to various departments and sectors of the state through the advisory office in the college in the direction of raising the efficiency of Performance in various institutions and sectors.<\/li>\n
  6. Raising the level of job performance for all sectors of the state through teaching and development programs prepared by the Continuing Education Unit in the college and in various disciplines.<\/li>\n
  7. Qualifying and training the staff inside and outside the college on the use of ready-made software through the courses carried out by the Electronic Computer Center in the college.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
