Participated Assist. Prof. Dr. Itmithal Rashid Bajay Al-Taie, a lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics, Department of Banking and Financial Sciences, in a scientific conference entitled (Effective Empowerment of Women and its Role in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals for Arab Countries), which was organized by Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning.<\/p>\n

Al-Taie participated in the research titled (The impact of women\u2019s empowerment on achieving the dimensions of sustainable development and improving institutional performance \/ applied research on a sample of women working in the public and private sectors).<\/p>\n

The research addressed the topic of the impact of women\u2019s empowerment on achieving the dimensions of sustainable development and improving institutional performance. It is considered one of the more important topics because it represents a social issue and a new vision for achieving comprehensive development. The research problem was the lack of interest in women\u2019s empowerment in some economic units, which negatively affects achieving economic, cultural, social and environmental balance as well as The decline in the efficiency of job performance in these economic units as a result of women not participating effectively in making important decisions.<\/p>\n

The research aimed to introduce women\u2019s empowerment according to the dimensions of sustainable development and elements of job performance, and to explain the relationship between empowerment and sustainability which leads to an outstanding performance, as well as to explain the impact of women\u2019s empowerment on achieving the dimensions of sustainable development and improving performance, based on the hypothesis that \u201cempowered women who possess the skills, capabilities, and resources lead to the effective application of the dimensions of sustainable development that ensures efficient performance.\u201d<\/p>\n

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that empowering women economically, socially, environmentally and technically contributes to a positive impact on the development of the administrative empowerment process.<\/p>\n
