The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad<\/a> discussed , a master\u2019s thesis in field of Public Administration<\/a> by the student (Ayman Kareem Majeed ) and tagged with (The role of digital human resources management practices in achieving employee well-being, analytical research in the Civil Aviation Authority) , Under supervision of (Prof Dr. Ali Hassoon Fendi)<\/p>\n

The research aims to test the role of digital human resources management practices in achieving the well-being of workers in the Civil Aviation Authority, and to diagnose and explain the relationship between the research variables and their dimensions, and based on the basic problem by asking the extent of the impact of digital human resources management practices as an indicative variable represented by its four dimensions, e-learning and development, Electronic performance evaluation, electronic reward and appreciation, and electronic self-service for workers in achieving employee well-being as a responsive variable represented by its three dimensions (psychological well-being, workplace well-being, and life well-being). In light of this, a hypothetical chart was designed that explains the relationship between the main variables, including the dimensions they contain.
\nA set of main and sub-hypotheses were derived from it. In order to reach the results, the descriptive analytical approach was used in presenting and interpreting the research information. To achieve the research objectives, the questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect the information necessary for the research, in addition to personal interviews. The research community represented all workers, including employees and managers. In the Civil Aviation Authority, their number was (326), while the research sample, which was simple random, was (201) and was determined based on the Morcan equation.
\nThe researcher also relied on a set of statistical methods based on statistical programs (SPSS V.26 Excel 2010) to determine the effect between variables and to test the main hypotheses of the research. The statistical analysis of the research concluded with a number of results, the most notable of which was the absence of differences in the sample\u2019s answers depending on the sample studied, managers and employees, in addition to the presence of a significant impact of digital human resources management practices in achieving the well-being of workers. This indicates that digital human resources management practices have a role. Effective and influential in achieving the well-being of employees.<\/p>\n
