The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Public<\/a> Administration, organized a scientific seminar entitled \u201cTime Management Skills and Internet Use.\u201d<\/em> delivered by Assistant Lecturer Maryam Fakhr Al-Din Mahmoud<\/a>, with the participation of a number of college students.The seminar aimed to enhance students\u2019 ability to manage their time effectively and make productive use of the Internet for academic and personal purposes.<\/p>\n

It discussed practical time management strategies, effective use of online educational resources, and warned against the risks of improper Internet use, such as procrastination, distraction, misinformation, and cyberbullying. The seminar concluded with recommendations to promote awareness, training, and guidance to help students achieve balance and success.<\/p>\n
