The lecturer emphasized that achieving the desired impact of volunteer initiatives depends on adopting modern administrative approaches based on quality, sound planning, and good governance.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1143\">The workshop also sought to:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1567\">\n<li data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1244\">\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1244\">Introduce the concept of quality in volunteer work and its importance in community development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1326\">\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1326\">Explain modern management methodologies for organizing volunteer initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1406\">\n<p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1406\">Build participants\u2019 capacities in designing sustainable volunteer programs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1504\">\n<p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1504\">Discuss tools and standards for quality assurance in institutional performance and practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1567\">\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1567\">Promote a culture of positive change and active citizenship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-end=\"1844\">\n<p data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1844\">The concept of quality management in volunteer work and its application frameworks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1904\">\n<p data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1904\">The role of volunteer work in creating societal change.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<p data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"2002\">Presenting successful models and experiences of social impact at the local and global levels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2108\">\n<p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2108\">Success factors of volunteer initiatives and inspiring stories from Arab and international experiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2187\">The workshop concluded with a set of important recommendations, most notably:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2413\">\n<p data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2413\">Strengthening partnerships among governmental, civil society, and private sectors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2492\">\n<p data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2492\">Utilizing technology and digital transformation to support volunteer work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2596\">\n<p
