The importance of the research has been discussed from both the theoretical and applied aspects. As for the most prominent objectives of the research, it is represented by diagnosing the organization’s degree of interest. Applying these variables and the nature of the relationship between them. The descriptive approach was used to complete the research in its various aspects, and a questionnaire was designed according to a number of ready-made indicators after adapting it to suit the organization investigated. The research sample amounted to (107) individuals working in three colleges (veterinary medicine, administration and economics, law) affiliated with For the University of Fallujah, this sample was chosen randomly, and after processing the data statistically and using a set of methods available in the ready-made programs (SPSS-V25), a set of results were produced that confirmed the interest of the organizations in the field of research in both strategic clarity and their mental image to a good degree in terms of The statistical results also confirmed the existence of a correlation and influence between strategic clarity and the mental image of the organization, which supported the researcher in giving justifications for accepting the main and subsidiary hypotheses included in this research. However, the researcher presented a set of recommendations that include a number of mechanisms that help organizations increase their ability to Investing in the relationship between strategic clarity and mental image in improving its ability to implement its own strategies, and thus maintain its position in society.
