College Council

The college council represents the link between the college and the university, as all decisions and recommendations that are taken are submitted to the university (the secretariat of the university council) for the purpose of viewing and approval.

The College of Administration and Economics Council is the highest authority responsible for formulating the college’s general policies and guiding its academic and administrative progress in line with its scientific and developmental mission. The College Council’s powers are distributed across several key areas, the most important of which are: academic policies, administrative and financial affairs, scientific research, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.

The College Council is held on Tuesday of every week to discuss the issues brought before it and to make the appropriate decisions and recommendations unanimously, whether by acceptance or rejection of any case presented to it.
