The role of digital transformation

The present research aims at The current research aims to verify the relationship of influence and connection between digital transformation and human resources flexibility for a sample of workers at the General Company for Communications and Informatics, as well as knowing the level of application of each of them and its dimensions. The research problem was defined in several questions centered around the nature of the relationship and effect of digital transformation with flexibility. Human resources, individually and together, through the main question (Does digital transformation affect the flexibility of human resources?) For this purpose, the researcher developed his hypothetical plan, as well as the research hypotheses, and all of them were subjected to tests to ensure their validity. The researcher used questionnaires as the main means of collecting data, and the method was employed. Descriptive, analytical, exploratory research as a method of research, to survey the opinions of a sample of employees in the company, which is represented by a random sample of workers in the following departments (Sharba Resources Department, Directorate of Communications and Informatics Services, Directorate of Communications and Informatics Infrastructure), so the research community was (1015), the researcher distributed (210) questionnaires, received Of these, (191) questionnaires are suitable for statistical analysis, with a recovery rate of (91%). The data were analyzed using the statistical package (SPSS), and a group of statistical methods employed the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple and multiple coefficient of determination, relative frequency, sample adequacy test, confirmatory factor analysis, relative importance. To extract the results, one of the most important results of the research is that there is a direct impact of digital transformation on the flexibility of human resources. These results were relied upon and linked to the results of previous studies to reach a set of administrative conclusions and recommendations.
