Regulations and conditions for scholarships for non-Iraqi students for undergraduate studies within the initiative of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to launch the Study in Iraq project
The University of Baghdad, through its faculties, announces the opening of applications for free scholarships for foreign students in the field of undergraduate studies for the academic year 2023/2024, with 600 seats within the announced channels, according to the application controls and links, The number of study seats provided by our college is 113, divided into the seven departments of the college.
Scholarship channels:
- Scholarship channel for Arab and foreign students residing in Iraq.
- Scholarship channel for non-resident Arab and foreign students in Iraq.
The application is made through the link below until 1/9/2023, provided that the applicant’s age does not exceed 30 years, and the minimum limits for applying for the scholarship are as follows
- General medical colleges, 85 percent.
- Dentistry and pharmacy colleges 75 percent.
- Colleges of engineering and nursing group 65 percent.
- Scientific and humanities majors 60 percent.
The student presents his approved documents, certified by the concerned authorities in his country and by the Iraqi embassy or attache in that country, along with a copy of the passport.
- Academic certificates should certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the student’s country and the Iraqi embassy or Iraqi attach in that country.
- Passport valid at least two years from submission date in the study.
- Identification Certificates.
- For non-Iraqi applicants residing in Iraq who are not employees, please attach identification documents issued by Iraqi government
