The research seeks to know the effect of the interactive role of the golden triangle of human resources in its dimensions on the relationship between the cognitive styles of managers in its dimensions (such as the cognitive, planning, creative, and cooperative style) and organizational ambidexterity in its dimensions (exploration and exploitation) in the Ministry of Planning. Design -/Methodology/ The research used the descriptive analytical method, and adopted a comprehensive inventory method for 140 managers who were chosen due to their deep understanding of the organizational and strategic processes in the ministry and their ability to provide insights into the research variables. (140) questionnaires were distributed, of which (112) were recovered. Only (105) of them were processed because they fulfill the statistical purpose of the research, while (7) of them were excluded because they were invalid, as the percentage was (88%) of the total sample size. The statistical programs (Spss V.28) and (SMWRT PLV) were also used. 3.6) To analyze data, answer questions, test hypotheses, and research.
Limitations/Implications of the Research: The research was conducted in the departments of the Ministry of Planning departments. This field was chosen to find out the level of focus of the Ministry of Planning on organizational ambidexterity and its implementation.
Results -The Results: The findings indicated that the Ministry of Planning possesses a moderate level of organizational excellence. Although some principles of organizational excellence are applied, they are neither stable nor consistent, with individual differences in cognitive style usage among managers, who rely on them to a moderate extent. Planning style is used in strategic planning and decision-making processes to enhance the ministry’s efficiency. Creative styles encourage innovation among employees to improve organizational performance, while collaborative styles facilitate teamwork and integration within the ministry. There is also a moderate benefit from the critical role of the Golden Triangle of human resources in building organizational excellence and enhancing organizational capability and efficiency. These results are significant for decision-makers in the ministry to direct their efforts toward developing and motivating human resource competencies for creativity and innovation
