Citizens Affairs Tasks

 

  1. Address citizens’ complaints regarding the college by providing answers and solutions.
  2. Receive and respond to citizens and employees, directing them to the appropriate authorities.
  3. Update ministry officials on the performance of affiliated government institutions.
  4. Manage and analyse citizen complaints, maintaining a complaint database.
  5. Investigate complaints arising from mismanagement or negligence and assist citizens in obtaining their rights without legal intervention unless necessary.
  6. Meet with citizens and employees during business days.
  7. Coordinate with the university and ministry’s Citizens’ Affairs Department regarding college-related complaints.
  8. Provide contact information through communication lines, websites, satellite channels, and newspapers.
  9. Support disabled individuals and those with special needs, following directives from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
  10. Monitor complaints in media outlets and take immediate actions to resolve them, as directed by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
