The current research aims to identify how organizational compatibility, which represents the independent variable, affects higher performance, which is considered a dependent variable, given the importance of these variables in industrial organizations and their clear impact on their stability, survival and growth in light of the changing environmental challenges. Where the field research problem was represented by weakness and lack of awareness of the importance of organizational compatibility, which is meant by the individual’s compatibility with the organization in which he works in its dimensions (organizational loyalty, organizational similarity, affiliation or membership, compatibility with goals and compatibility with values) and the impact of high performance in its dimensions (self-directed work teams, Effective recruitment, in-depth training, quality of workers and employee motivation (rewards and incentives). The research sought to test a number of main and sub-hypotheses related to the correlation and influence relationships between the research variables, to answer the basic question of the research problem (what is the reality of the impact of organizational compatibility on high performance) Therefore, the research came in order to direct the attention of the company to the need to pay attention to the research variables, and to achieve this goal, the analytical (descriptive) approach was relied upon, as the researcher used the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection and it included (52) questions, as the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers (administrative , professional, engineering) in the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries / Cotton Factory, with a total of (130) working individuals, male and female, a number of Statistical techniques within the program (Microsoft Excel2010 SPSS V.24, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test (K – S) such as (weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of relative difference, simple linear regression, multiple regression and path analysis ) to process the collected data in order to reach the results required to achieve the research objectives set, and the most important research results are the existence of a correlation and impact of organizational compliance in high performance in its five dimensions .
