Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, the chancellor of the University of Baghdad has visited the College of Administration and Economics. Prof. Dr. Sabah Manfi Redha, the Dean of the College, and the Dean’s Assistants have welcomed the chancellor.
On the sidelines of the visit, after completing maintenance works, the chancellor has inaugurated the College Council meeting hall, the Operations Research Department building, and the Postgraduate Building.
He also has reviewed the reconstruction campaign of the sports hall, the college corridors, and the college gardens, which were decorated with trees and student seating areas.
The chancellor has praised the continuous efforts that are made by the College Deanship to achieve these achievements despite the simple capabilities available and pointed out the importance of these projects in supporting the academic process.
At the end of the visit, he has expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to the College Deanship for its continuous efforts in the reconstruction campaigns and development of the college, which reflects the university’s vision towards improving the quality of education and providing an appropriate educational environment for students.
This is in line with the successes achieved by the university in rising global rankings.
After that, the University of Baghdad Council meeting was held in the college halls, in the presence of the Chancellor, the two Vice-Chancellors, and the deans of the college
