The current research aims to test the effect of (entrepreneurial leadership) as an independent variable in organizational excellence as an approved variable, through the intermediate variable strategic agility in the departments, departments and divisions of the National Investment Commission, to come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to raising the level of organizational excellence of the Commission. And based on the importance The subject of research in public organizations, and the prominent role they play in society, as the research adopted the descriptive and analytical approach in presenting and interpreting information, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect the information necessary for the research, which included (42) items, as well as field observation. The research community is all leaders from (Supreme and middle) in the National Investment Commission using the method of comprehensive enumeration, while the research sample (relative intent) was numbered (106), and the research sample that is valid for statistical analysis represented the number of (99) respondents, while the researcher relied on the program ( SPSS V.25, AMOS V.25, Excel 2010) and (Stepwise) to know the effect between variables, as well as using descriptive statistical methods (confirmative factor analysis, percentages, mean, deviation Normative, coefficient of difference, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), path analysis, relative importance, Pearson correlation factor). While the most prominent conclusions reached by the researcher were the growing influence of (entrepreneurial leadership) on organizational excellence indirectly and through strategic agility. The leaders of the researched organization are characterized by entrepreneurial leadership in a good degree, as most of the answers of the sample surveyed were between approval and impartiality on most of the paragraphs related to this leadership style, as the proactive dimension came in the first place, while the Risk-taking dimension came in the last place in the sequence of the three dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership.
