The current research aims to shed light on the nature of relationship and influence between Strategic Readiness as an independent variable with its dimensions represented by (Culture, Leadership, Teamwork and Information Sharing, Suitability) and Cybersecurity as a dependent variable with its dimensions represented by (Legal Regulation, Governance, Risk Management, Technology and Information Management, Incident Management) based on solid foreign standards. a research was applied in Ministry of Interior – Ministry’s office, and research problem was represented by identifying the Ministry of Interior’s ability to employ Strategic Readiness in Cyber security Management, in addition to the level of Strategic Readiness in ministry under study. A sample was selected according to Morgan’s table for small samples. The sample was relatively random, amounting to (87) distributed according to the job position (Department Director, Directorate Manger). (89) questionnaires were distributed and (87) valid for statistical analysis were retrieved. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted. For purpose of collecting data and information, a questionnaire consisting of two axes was designed, and a statistical analysis program (SPSS V.28) and (SMART PLS 4) were used for purpose of data analysis, and a number of descriptive statistical methods were represented by (percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation). The research came out with a set of results, the most important of which is high interest in culture by the Cyber Security Center, Information Systems Directorate, in light of its efforts to possess ability to respond quickly and direct its Culture according to its Strategic direction, in addition to adopting methods that limit negative behaviors of its employees during work.
