The Follow-up Division in the college consists of three basic units:

Its main tasks are to inspect students in coordination with the College Protection Force, receive reviewers and overcome difficulties in front of them by following up their reviews in coordination with departments, divisions and administrative units, and entering their data electronically, as well as receiving researchers from Iraqi and foreign universities students. In addition, the Follow-up Division seeks to develop electronic inquiries to overcome the difficulties all visitors faces.

The basic tasks are to maintain the safety of professors, staff, and students and the security of the college by following up with students within the scientific departments and the university campus and solving the problems of all students in coordination with the representatives of the departments and Associate Dean for Student Affairs as well as preserving the property of the college.

The basic functions of this Unit:

  • Periodically detecting fire extinguishers, ensuring their validity, conducting maintenance and distributing them in an orderly manner according to the types and area of ​​the building.
  • Ensure the safety of emergency doors for use in emergency cases.
  • Verify the electric boards and all electrical wires to avoid the occurrence of electrocution.
  • Sending the daily statements to the administrative formation official after the end of the official working hours.
  • Preparing monthly lists of civil defense guards and following up the guards.
  • Preparing courses for self-protection teams, natural disasters and first aid for all employees.
  • Ensure that the electric current is turned off for all buildings after the end of the official working hours.
  • Preparing a detailed monthly list to reduce fire cases and sending it to the administrative formation official.
  • Develop appropriate plans for evacuation in emergency cases.
  • Informing all scientific departments, divisions and administrative units of the need to turn off the electric current after the end of the official working hours.
