The study was based mainly on the study of (Shah & Jan, 2014; Bakhtiyarovich, 2020). The concept of the study was inspired by the realization of the necessity of communication between the importance of analyzing the financial accounting performance of the Iraqi stock market and the financial and economic institutions in Iraq. The study sample included ten Iraqi banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2020. Through the analysis of statistical models, the study focused on analyzing liquidity and predicting future returns and risks faced by banks, not to mention the possibility of exposure to risk due to unintended consequences resulting from unusual circumstances. This research reached several results, the most important of which is that the Iraqi stock market does not have of particular importance to the Iraqi economy, the economy’s weakness in the face of international shocks makes it difficult to implement monetary and financial policy.
