Professor Dr. Sabah Manfi Reda, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, participated in the meeting of the National Initiative for Developing the Capabilities of State Employees, headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Haider Abd Dahd, and the membership of the Director General of the Department of Government Coordination and Citizen Affairs in the Council of Ministers and the deans of the colleges of administration and economics of the universities of (Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya, Kufa, and Basra, Al-Qadisiyah, Mosul, Tikrit, and Karbala) and members of the Federal Service Council and the Ministry of Higher Education.
The initiative is responsible for developing a plan to supervise and follow up on the progress of higher diploma studies in (strategic planning, local administration, and quality management) in terms of acceptance, curricula, and their effects on developing the scientific and applied capabilities of state employees who graduate from them and following up on their performance.
