Professor Dr. Sabah Manfi Reda, Dean of the College, participated in the meeting of the Committee of Deans of Faculties of Administration and Economics in Iraqi universities at the University of Mosul in the Scientific and Literary Conference Hall.
The attendees discussed mechanisms for cooperation between public and private colleges and the colleges’ preparations for the start of the second course in order to achieve the scientific sobriety that Iraqi universities seek, and to reconsider the curricula to suit the market need and keep pace with the curricula of developed countries in the specialization.
Professor Dr. Sabah Manfi Reda said that the meeting came up with recommendations that serve the educational process and contribute to developing curricula and enhancing the scientific aspect of college students, as well as studying the creation of scientific departments in colleges and discussing postgraduate curricula.
The meeting was lead by Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics / University of Basra, Chairman of the Committee of Deans of Administrative and Economic Sciences Specializations in Iraq.
In conclusion, the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, presented letters of thanks and appreciation to the members of the committee for their efforts in serving the educational process and to the students of the faculties of administration and economics in Iraqi universities.
