The research aims to test the correlation and influence relationships between developmental leadership and its dimensions (ideal model, individual consideration, inspiration and motivation) with adaptive performance and its dimensions (creative problem solving, learning and training efforts, personal adaptability, managing work pressures, dealing with crises and emergencies) through Organizational spirituality in its dimensions (the meaning of work, a sense of community, connection to the values of the organization), The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method in his research, which he conducted on a sample of (106) respondents from the administrative leaders represented by (general managers, their assistants, and heads of departments) in the general directorates of education in Baghdad governorate, By adopting the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection, which includes (60) items, and personal interviews as an auxiliary tool, and the program (Spss V.25, Amos 25) was used in the research with a number of statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of determination (R²), coefficient of variation, and Soble’s test), The results showed the existence of statistically significant correlation and influence relationships between developmental leadership, adaptive performance, and organizational spirituality, It adopts creative ideas in solving problems, and that spirituality has an important role in supporting the variables of research, The most important recommendations represented a greater interest in deepening relations between colleagues at work, enhancing the importance of work and injecting dynamism into its roles to make it more meaningful, and converging views between organizational values and employee values more accurately.
