This message highlights the mechanism of the work of the thermal power plants and what are the basic materials that must be provided to achieve the sustainability of the station’s work for the longest possible period without stopping, which in turn reflects the satisfaction of citizens to provide electricity as well as reduce the total operational costs. The stations depend on two important factors for its work: 1- Providing water; 2- The chemicals that purify the water in the treatment unit (purification of raw water connected from the river). Finding the size of the tanks that must be provided to sustain the work of the units of these stations by studying the data of the amount of water connected to the productive units of these stations (capacitors) and the amount of water expected (used) for one day in the treatment unit as well The materials to reduce the risk of inventory enforcement and the occurrence of deficit, which in turn may lead to increased costs. Four fast -moving materials were taken at the treatment division and classified (winter (first season) – summer (Second season)). The study was conducted at the South Baghdad Electricity Station of the Ministry of Electricity for the period from ((2023 – 2019) (10) ten chemicals used to treat water, his eye was taken from these materials depending on that they are the most used which are (HCL, Hipo, Caustic soda, BAC) by (processing division). An analysis of the probability demand for the l kind to know the distribution of the application and the determination of the appropriate model for each article, and according to the standard of contrast factor (difference) for the application data using the ready -made program ((Easy Fit 5.6) and it was found that the probability distribution of the order is a regular distribution (Un form Distribution). On this basis, the sporting model for the study problem was built by three models, model A possibility is a continuous review of two second chapter articles and a specific storage model (purchase of deficit) for two first semester and a specific model for four articles, including the first and two chapter. Due to the complexity of the steps and repetitions of the traditional solution to the probability model, the steps of the solution were applied to the program (R-PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE), and the model specified by using the ready-made program (Win QSB.V2) and finding solutions to the models. Finding the type of demand and determining the model for the new study in the first stage of treatment, where it is the same as the first stage of the previous stage of the previous treatment, the solution was created for the new study and the comparison between the volume of the order and the total cost of the previous and new studies, which was found through the results to improve the traditional solution by reducing the total costs of the new study and reducing the expected deficit as well Requests, avoid inventory enforcement, deficit, and reduce the total costs of this form.
