The current research aims to identify the role of core capabilities as an independent variable with its dimensions (teamwork, employee empowerment, creativity, communication and influence) in achieving strategic balance as a dependent variable with its dimensions (information technology, employees, internal operations, insured (customers), and to identify the role of each in achieving the level of performance required for organizations and adapting to rapid environmental changes. The completion of his research, and the research sample was intentional from (109) individuals from the bank’s leaders and included (assistant general manager, department manager) using the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and information, which consisted of (44) items, as (109) questionnaires were distributed and (103) of them were retrieved valid for statistical analysis, and in order to process the data and test the hypotheses, many statistical methods were used, including (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, a normal distribution test, arithmetic mean, etc.), and the results were extracted using the computer program (Spss V.23). The research came out with a set of results that proved the validity of the hypotheses, the most important of which is that the core capabilities within the Central Bank contribute effectively to enhancing its ability to sustain its strategic balance for the longest possible period, and that management within the bank has the ability to invest its own core capabilities, and employ them in supporting teamwork and empowering workers in order to develop their spirit of creativity and innovation, and then enhancing communication and influence processes that can be updated between them and their management.
