Dr. Hossam Ali Muhaibes, Head of the Department of Public Administration, Dr. Firas Muhammad Ismail, Head of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Nisreen Jassim, Dr. Muthanna Zahim from the Department of Public Administration, and Dr. Hakim Hammoud Falih from the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research participated in a workshop on writing a national policy for prison management. Reform reform in Iraq, which was held in Erbil for the period 4-8/2/2024, with the participation of the Ministry of Interior, Defense, Justice, Labour, Health, Social Affairs and the National Security Advisory, as well as representatives in this workshop from the Kurdistan region, and under the supervision of the International Red Cross in Iraq.
This workshop was held based on National Security Council Resolution No. 24 of 2020. This workshop resulted in the preparation of an integrated vision about the proposed policy.
