The research aims to highlight the relationship between strategic mid, sustainable leadership, and their impact on social responsibility among a sample of workers at Thi Qar Oil Company. The research problem stemmed from rapid changes that have affected the social environment and subsequently influenced employee behaviors, leading to calls for rights as a form of responsibility. This issue prompted the researcher to conduct a study focusing on sustainable leadership through strategic mnid to enhance aspects of social responsibility.
The significance of this research lies in its field application. The descriptive-analytical method was chosen, and the research community comprised 205 individuals from various organizational levels including department managers, section heads, unit supervisors, and workers. The current study employed a simple random sample of 125 individuals who received the research questionnaire, with 119 valid responses suitable for statistical analysis after excluding 6 invalid questionnaires.
Data were collected using a prepared questionnaire, and analysis was conducted using statistical methods such as SPSS software, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression equation. The research findings indicate that the relationship between strategic thinking and sustainable leadership at Thi Qar Oil Company positively impacts enhancing aspects of social responsibility, crucial for its continuity. Moreover, this relationship encourages management to adopt a social responsibility approach. The study’s results and proposed solutions can potentially be applied in similar fields to achieve desired outcomes.
