The current research aims to test the effect of environmental analysis as the independent variable in reducing strategic anxiety as the dependent variable that the research aims to reduce to the lowest levels in the Iraqi Airways Company through knowledge sharing, As the mediating variable through which the researcher tries to maximize the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, In view of the importance of the three variables of the company from the perspective of society and the sample resulting from directing the various organizational phenomena to reduce its strategic anxiety as a goal that should be viewed from multifaceted perspectives,( Not sure, competitive incompatibility, relational disorder, resource depletion), The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach as it is more appropriate in studying this combination of direct and indirect relationships, To prepare the questionnaire from solid scientific standards adopted by previous studies, some expert professors and arbitrators introduced appropriate modifications to it, The research sample was intentional stratified from the community of leaders, who numbered by comprehensive enumeration(98) One of the company’s leaders represented b (General manager and department managers, and officials of the people), It was retrieved (83) questionnaire which included (76) A paragraph as an approved research tool, as well as personal interviews and field inspection to enhance the practical side, The researcher used statistical programs (SMART PLS V.3.4 , SPSS V.28) and appropriate statistical methods (normal distribution tests, Stability test, exploratory, and affirmative, and the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Relative importance, Relative coefficient of difference, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression by regressive elimination method, And test the influence of the mediator by the method of Barron and Kenny, and Sobel’s touchstone, and structural modeling), to test his hypotheses. To show the most prominent result represented in the ability of environmental analysis to alleviate the strategic anxiety of the company through knowledge sharing, And that this effect was embodied by analyzing the industry environment and mediating the individual dimension to reduce competitive pressures and mediating holistic, The research concluded with a number of recommendations that enhance the research variables in the researched company.
