The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad discussed a master’s thesis in field of Business Administration by the student (Wafaa Juda Badi ) and tagged with (An Emotion at work as an interactive variable for the impact of employees’ voice on creative performance: Analytical research for a sample of industrial and mixed companies ) , Under supervision of ( prof. Dr. Ghani .D. Al-Zubaidi)
This research aims to measure the impact of the Employee’s voise with its dimensions (employee’s provision of information, the platform, and the manager’s response, while adopting creative performance as a dependent variable through the dimensions (fluency, originality, flexibility, and self-efficacy), through the interaction of Emotion at work, and the research problem was launched from the reality of three private and mixed industrial companies, namely (Baghdad Soft Drinks Company, the Electronic Industries Company, and the Iraqi Company for Cardboard Industry and its requirements, which did not achieve the required level in response The voices of its Employee’s, although its management is trying hard to enhance the creative performance of the individuals working in it, with the aim of reaching the highest levels among local and regional organizations. The main research problem was represented by an important question, which is (what is the level of influence of the workers’ voice on the creative performance through Emotion at work as an interactive variable?), and the necessary information for the field side was obtained through the questionnaire, personal interviews and company documents, as the study sample numbered (172) employees working in the surveyed companies from the size of the community, which amounted to (308), and according to (Morgan’s table for small samples), and they are the respondents to the research questionnaire prepared for this purpose, which included (39) items covering the answer to the three research variables, In addition to resorting to the use of interviews to support the results of the research and access to more accurate information, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach in completing this research and used a set of statistical methods to process the data, including confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, the weighted arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and the coefficient of relative difference, as well as The relative weight (relative importance) of each paragraph, dimension, and variable, and the researcher used the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), given that the sample was larger than (30) observations and distributed normally, as well as the dependence of the multiple linear regression coefficient on the Pearson correlation method, and the interaction process depended on the coefficient Pearson correlation, Structural Equation Modeling, and coefficient of determination (R2) through statistical programs (SPSS V.28.Amos.V.25) ,As for the most prominent findings of the research, there is a relationship of influence and a correlation of significant significance between the Employee’s Voise together with the creative performance and its dimensions, and between the emotion in at work with the creative performance and its dimensions, as well as the influence of Employee’s Voise and the emotion at work in an interactive way in the creative performance moral effect.
