The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad discussed , A master’s thesis in field of Public Administration by the students (Ahmed Samir chaloob) tagged with (Agile leadership and its impact in strategic recovery – Analytical research) Under supervision of (Prof. Dr.Hadeel Kadhim Saeed)
The current research aims to identify the impact of agile leadership in its dimensions (orientation towards results, teamwork, efficiency, speed, flexibility, change) on strategic recovery in its dimensions (apology, compensation, explanation and clarification, empowerment). Agile leadership for public organizations constitutes one of the most important methods in promoting strategic recovery. Strategic recovery also represents important procedures for restoring service to the organization. The research problem was: To what extent does the research sample realize the importance of agile leadership in promoting strategic recovery, The research was conducted in the Iraqi Ministry of Communications (the ministry’s headquarters), and based on the importance of the research topic, the importance of the research sample and the organization being researched, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method in completing his research, if the comprehensive survey method was adopted for the research sample consisting of (120) individuals from the leadership The Iraqi Ministry of Communications included (General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Department Head, Division Officer) using the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data, which consisted of (53) items. (120) questionnaires were distributed and (112) of them (107) were retrieved, suitable for statistical analysis. In order to process the data and test the hypotheses, many statistical methods were used, including (reliability coefficient and validity of the questionnaire, percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), relative importance), and the results were extracted using the statistical tools available within the statistical program (SPSS). V28) and the (Amos V24) program have produced several results that confirmed the validity of the main and subsidiary research hypotheses from which the research began, at the overall and individual levels. Therefore, the researcher drew a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of the variables investigated to statistically acceptable degrees within the organization investigated, in addition to the strength of the relationship of influence on Between them. Accordingly, it is recommended that there is a need to increase attention to applying agile leadership, investing in its dimensions, and employing it to enhance strategic recovery, by reviewing successful experiences in developed countries and transferring their results to the Iraqi environment.
