The role of rituals

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad discussed , a master’s thesis in field of strategic planning by the student (Adnan Hashem Atshan ) and tagged with ( The role of rituals in the workplace in strategic recovery through the mediation of core capabilities: a field study in the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity ) , Under supervision of (Assist.Prof. Dr. Sarah Ali Saeed )
In order to achieve the research objectives, the research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the type of sample was random and included all workers in the Dhi Qar Electricity Distribution Department and the North Nasiriyah Electricity Distribution Department as a research community, and the number of employees in it reached (260) employees, and this number represents the research community, and it was determined Sample size (155) employees, based on the Stephen Thompson equation, where a sample was drawn randomly by distributing a questionnaire, which represented the data collection tool, and relying on a number of statistical tools to process the data and using specialized programs such as (SPSS V.27) and the (Excel) and the program (AMOS.V27), and the statistical tools that were used are the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, KMO test, Bartlett test, Sample Kolmogorov – Smirnov Test, and (Cronbach’s Alpha), the Sobel Test, confirmatory factor analysis, testing the direct effect hypotheses based on the simple linear regression model, and finally testing the indirect effect through the mediator. The research also presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity for the Dhi Qar Electricity Distribution Department and the North Nasiriyah Distribution Department under study to develop mechanisms that help them in ritual practices in the workplace because of their impact on improving Relationships between leaders and subordinates and improving their well-being.
