Dialogic leadership

The research aims to test the relationship of the impact of dialogical leadership with its dimensions represented by (familiarity, interaction, integration, intention) on organizational brilliance and its dimensions represented by (leadership brilliance, service brilliance and innovation, knowledge brilliance) of Dhi Qar Oil Company by mediating strategic awareness and its dimensions represented by (reformulation, systematic thinking, contemplation, orientation towards learning), and the challenges constitute the foundations for the importance of the study at the level of society, sample and future studies, as it focuses on dialogue, awareness, knowledge, and innovation as key elements of competitive advantage, which contribute to achieving higher levels of brilliance after exceeding the limits of success and excellence. Employing and managing intellectual and cognitive sharing becomes essential to bring about a positive transformation that supports sustainable brilliance in the performance of Dhi Qar Oil Company. Based on a major problem that was identified by raising questions about the extent of awareness of the influential and mediating relationships between variables in the field to reach the results and interpret them to be completed with the conclusions to provide a number of recommendations to achieve brilliance in the practice of these variables in the field, and in line with the research trends, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted so that the description is integrated with the analysis to provide the best possible level of accuracy in the results and conclusions. The research sample was represented by (the general manager and his assistants, directors of bodies, department directors, and division directors). The main data collection tool for the research was the questionnaire, which was distributed to the target sample, on which statistical analysis operations were conducted, amounting to (113 views) from within the community of leaders working in the departments of Dhi Qar Oil Company as a place for application. The questionnaire form was also assigned with an appendix to the notes, as well as the personal interview form (semi-structured) to obtain the largest possible amount From the data related to the research community and sample, while a number of statistical programs (SPSS V.28) and (AMOS V.28) were used to complete and analyze the research data and test its hypotheses and questions through a number of statistical methods, to show the most prominent results of the research showing a noticeable interest of the company’s leaders in the dialogue aspect and the strategic awareness of the company, which is an important indicator that is consistent with the nature of the investment work undertaken by the company and its affiliated departments in light of a major state of local and global economic changes that have greatly affected the possibility of achieving organizational brilliance for the company in the oil sector, in addition to the adoption of Dhi Qar Oil Company of dialogue leadership to improve its organizational brilliance directly, indirectly and through the total mediation of strategic awareness, as it employed (reformulation, systematic thinking, contemplation, orientation towards learning) in that mediation.
