In a step that reflects confidence in national academic competencies, a number of elite faculty members from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad have participated in the interview committee for students who apply to undergraduate studies at the Colleges of Excellence and Artificial Intelligence. Both of them are newly established.
The committee members were selected according to precise criteria set by the Higher Committee tasked with establishing the College of Artificial Intelligence. The most prominent criterion was that committee members possess international expertise, particularly teaching staff members who had scholarships. This can reflect the trend toward enhancing quality and innovation in higher education.
The committee has conducted personal interviews with students to assess their intellectual skills, analytical abilities, and compatibility with the requirements of advanced technical specializations. This may ensure selecting the elite of students who are capable of keeping up with global digital transformations.
