A delegation from the College of Administration and Economics participated in the activities of the exhibition of scientific products of Iraqi universities, which was opened by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, on the grounds of the University of Baghdad, in the presence of the President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Ansaf, Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, and the university presidents participating in the session. The fifty-sixth conference of the Association of Arab Universities, held in the capital, Baghdad. The college exhibition included the products of the programs of the Information Technology Unit, the Consulting Office, and the services organized by ministries and state institutions. The college exhibition also included the products of the Entrepreneurship Unit, as well as the participating artworks, which varied between portrait drawings, calligraphy, decoration, and nature drawings from the students of the college.
The Minister of Higher Education and Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Amr Ezzat Salama, reviewed the exhibition’s pavilions, which included scientific innovations and patents presented by Iraqi universities, as well as scientific publications, literature, and innovative technical devices and equipment.
During his tour in the exhibition, the Minister of Higher Education stressed the importance of developing the research environment in Iraqi universities and enhancing it through cooperation with Arab universities to produce joint scientific research and invest it in meeting the requirements of the labor market, especially in medical and engineering specialties and artificial intelligence, to keep pace with indicators of the scientific and technical path in the world.
