Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Ensaf and supervised by Professor Dr. Sabah Munafi Reda, the College of Management and Economics hosted a workshop on writing off and deleting consumable items.
The event was attended by the University President, the Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Deans of the Colleges, Assistant Deans, heads of departments and specialized units, and the ministerial team specialized in the writing-off committee.
The workshop, chaired by Professor Dr. Sabah Munafi Reda, Dean of the College, discussed the procedures and instructions issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Higher Education regarding the writing-off committees and the deletion of consumable items, which pose a significant burden on the university’s colleges due to the large storage spaces they occupy, as well as the material, health, and aesthetic damages they cause.
The committee presented the regulations and instructions aimed at mitigating the process of writing off and deleting items, and opened the floor for discussions to reach the best possible outcomes.
The University President expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the College Deanery for their warm reception, generous hospitality, and successful organization of the workshops and seminars, wishing them continued success and progress.
