The President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, honored the scientific departments of the College of Administration and Economics for their outstanding performance in the national classification of Iraqi universities. The departments achieved top ranks in their respective scientific specialties according to the national classification criteria set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This recognition took place in the presence of Professor Dr. Sabah Manfi Reda, Dean of the College.
The President of the University of Baghdad presented congratulatory letters to the heads of the scientific departments (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Statistics, and Industrial Management) in acknowledgment of their efforts in securing first place among similar scientific departments.
The Dean of the College expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the University President for his support of the college’s academic progress and his engagement with the college’s faculty members. He noted that this honor is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of the scientific department faculty and their efforts to elevate the college’s name among comparable institutions, following a well-thought-out scientific vision aimed at achieving international recognition.
In the congratulatory letters issued by the University President, he stated: “I congratulate the scientific departments on achieving first place in the evaluation and receiving the well-deserved recognition. This accomplishment is the result of their hard work and dedication, and it is a source of pride for all of us. We wish them continued success and excellence in the future.
