Assistant Professor Dr. Hussam Ali Muhaibis and Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Abdul Wadood, lecturers in the Public Administration Department at our college, have participated as members in the ministerial committee formed to establish a doctoral study in the field of Business Administration at the University of Anbar. Dr. Hussam is the head of the Public Administration Department at our college. This committee is headed by the professor. Dr. Khalid Abdullah Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Fallujah. The committee has reviewed the material and human capabilities and the availability of the conditions stipulated in the Postgraduate Studies Instructions No. 26 of 1990.
